Telepizza plans to open more than ten stores in Portugal in 2022

Telepizza, which closed 2021 with a total of 150 stores in Portugal, announced that it intends to continue investing in expansion in the national territory, with more than a dozen openings planned for this year.

In a statement, sent this Thursday to the newsrooms, Telepizza says that, after this “notable achievement”, revealing the “ambition of the brand for the country”, not only has the opening of “more than 10 stores in the country”, as an “exclusive repositioning campaign for Portugal”, to be announced in the first months of the year.

“2021 was a year of expansion in which we opened, on average, more than one new store per month and, for 2022, the objective continues to be growth, both from the point of view of new stores and the number of employees”, says the company, noting that, over the course of the last year, it generated 320 new jobs in Portugal, bringing the number of workers to approximately 3,000.
