COVID-19 in Mexico: add 3,345 new cases and 182 additional deaths

Until this Wednesday, December 1 , there are 3 million 891 thousand 218 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 294 thousand 428 deaths due to the virus in Mexico.

According to data from the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, 3,345 confirmed infections and 182 new deaths were reported. The distribution by sex in confirmed deaths shows that men represent a higher percentage (62 percent). The median age of deaths is 64 years.


Likewise, the Ministry of Health pointed out that there are 21 thousand 229 active cases of the virus. Baja California, Sonora, Baja California Sur, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Mexico City, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes, Durango and Querétaro are the 10 entities with the highest rate of this type of case. Meanwhile, the federal agency detailed that a total of 3 million 248 thousand 012 cases have recovered from the disease.
